HELP DOGS! 
           The dogs that have no owners are seen  everywhere, especially roadside, temples and schools.
      They live on food from mercy of passers-by.  Many dogs used to be fed in the house but
      when they became old,they had no more gaiety and prettiness.Poor dogs were abandoned.The owners didn't want to feed them anymore because it's a waste of money.Staying away from home,they have  risks of being hit by cars or being killed by municipality.From my point of view, it's time to deal with this problem.
                PLEASE HELP THEM such as find place for them to live ,give food to them. It must be possible if everyone help.Set up institution for dogs and other animals.So we can control rabies and
      control increasing number of dogs.I think it's a SIN TO KILL THEM.
                    I think you are benignant and don't want to see any dog be drugged or be killed by other ways.
